We wish to deliver to the rest of the world soon; you just have to SuRu (patience that is) with us for now. We ship only within USA. We will do everything within our capacity to send your orders within 1 working day from when they are placed on our website.

Shipping Procedures:

• Orders are sent with either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS)
• Shipping is within 48 hrs to 72 hrs. This is currently referred to as a 2-3 days shipping service
• Deliveries may take up to 7 days depending on your geographical location
• Our Free Delivery service is only for USA territory and orders must be $100+

Delivery Procedures:

When your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking number included. If someone is present at the time of delivery to sign for your order, it will be marked as ‘signed for’ on the USPS tracking system. If no one is available to sign for your order at the delivery address, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it.

Return Procedures:

If you wish to return anything to us, please note that you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we may be unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us.
